Youth belong to the Council in age groups 8-12,13-16,17-25. We encourage the voice of the youth to be heard. In 2002, the World Trust Foundation is developing a Youth Advisory Council. Youth will belong to the Council in the following three age categories:

If you know a youth who would want to be on the Youth Advisory Council, please write to youth@worldtrust.org. Participating youth do not have to live in the Los Angeles area, as they will mostly be asked to participate in forums online.

Written in the UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS, Article 26 -Item 2
"Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace."
