Our Letters

Available here are the letters I have written in an effort to obtain justice and redress in my own case, to STOP this continuing travesty against Michael Brown, and particularly to obtain a PUBLIC TRIAL on the charges against Michael Brown, and a federal investigation of these entire matters. These letters should be self-explanatory for anyone with a basic knowledge of these cases.

The lack of response to these letters, given the nature of these matters, is very disturbing, and the implications thereof even more so. The fact is that this entire site was produced for the very specific purpose of presenting this information to these officials.

It is very difficult for me to assess the reasons for what I see as this universal, deliberate, and indeed, quite determined indifference towards these most serious matters. Although I am trying very hard not to take this personally, I can only see two basic reasons for this failure - one being the assumption that I am some kind of kook. The other is that these officials are part of this cover-up.

Naturally I am somewhat offended in the case of the former, but what is most disturbing is that I believe such an assumption is neither justified, nor prudent, given the nature of these matters - and in view of the extensive documentation that has been provided here. And of course, the fact is that kooks are quite easily dispensed with. The ultimate implication, it seems, is that I am _such_ a "kook" as to not even be worthy of an answer to these obviously very serious claims. Else these officials are unable (unwilling) to confront the truth of these matters.

The latter, of course, is totally unacceptable, and is likewise a matter that must be answered. It now appears that the precise nature of the job at hand is to find ONE HONEST OFFICIAL. I will therefore be writing to every single Senator and Representative of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. And if I don't find one there, the entire U.S. Congress.

Here is an article by the Los Angeles County Public Defender. Of course Mr. Judge only begins to touch upon this subject, but the implications are quite clear. I would just add that in my opinion the deliberate disregard by our public officials of these very serious matters is far more egregious than the condiitions Mr. Judge speaks of. In fact, although it lacks the legal necessity of an over act, I consider it treason in the very truest and deepest sense of the word. It is certainly a gross violation of their oaths' of office - to protect and defend the Constitutions of this nation and this Commonwealth. A very serious violation, and very dangerous one.
