Reconstructive DentistryRemovable BridgesSometimes physiological, economical or esthetic limitations favor a removable appliance rather than an implant or a fixed bridge. There are many modalities that I can employ to secure your removable bridge so that you can comfortably bite into an apple without it getting displaced. I can use a few remaining teeth or place as few as two implants to secure an existing denture.
Charles had avoided the dentist for the past 20 years of his life. When he finally decided to attend to his dental health, I was able to save a few of his teeth and make him some over-dentures. He was so happy that he invited his wife in for a very similar treatment.
Rowshi, a retired bank employee from Switzerland, had been patching up and getting by with her old bridges for about 20 years. Finally she got tired of her uneven teeth that had to be glued and repaired frequently. I was able to give her new white crowns and a special removable partial denture that shows no metal when she talks or smiles. It is much easier to make her smile for the camera these days. |
