• When ordering please allow 1-2 days to for processing once your order has been placed. This is in addition to shipping time. For this reason please call our sales staff for rush orders or any special needs deliveries.
  • There are no handling charges added to your order. We use the UPS table to calculate all shipping charges.
  • It is important to note these weight related issues: orders 5 pounds and under may be shipped USPS, if your order is in excess of 100 pounds we will contact you with the exact shipping charges as the Yahoo Store does not tabulate above 100 pounds. If you see an extremely low shipping charge on a large order we will be contacting you with the correct amount. If you would like the correct charges before placing your order please call and speak with one of our sales staff. We apologize for any inconvenience. We are currently working with Yahoo to resolve this issue.
  • Extremely large quantity orders (pallet sized) may be shipped by a trucking service. Please contact a sales representative for details.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTION

The following restrictions come from our carriers please call us to work out any problems you may have. UPS and Airborne will only deliver 2nd day AIR to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

USPS is the only carrier for P.O Box, APO, FPO and Virgin Islands.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (INCLUDING CANADIAN)

  • We do accept order from most countries outside of the United States.


  • For international orders, including Canadian, please contact us by phone or email for shipping arrangement as rates and times will vary

PARTIAL SHIPMENT:

  • Should any of the items in your order not be available we will contact you by phone or email with the new expected ship date. You will have the option to cancel your order at this time if the new ship date does not meet your needs. If we are unable to reach you and you do not respond we will ship your partial order with an insert stating the expected arrival for the remainder of your order. There will be no additional shipping charges accrued for back ordered items sent separately from your initial shipment.
