Change Orders:
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not
already been charged. Please call during business hourS to change your
order. Please always have your order number ready. Please DO not only
request change order via Email as we may not receive it in time, MAKE
CERTAIN YOU SPEAK WITH A SALES REPRESENTATIVE BY PHONE.
Shipping Terms & Conditions:
- All orders WILL be processed within approximately one to two "business"
days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems
with the payment verification. We do not guarantee same day shipping.
Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.
- In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend
you to use the same address for both your shipping and billing address
or your order could be delayed for verification. If YOUR Shipping
Address is different than YOUR Billing Address, we will require
you to sign an Authorization
Form.
- Please note that UPS DOES NOT ship to P.O. Box, so do not use
P.O. Box as UPS shipping address.
- For HI, AK, PR, APO, FPO orders, we use USPS for Ground Shipping.
We will email you to confirm the shipping and handling fee.
For PR orders, please choose US United States as country name.
- All orders will be shipped and processed according to the availability
of the item ordered.
Returns Policy:
- Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. The complete
warranty is included with the product. The manufacturers' warranty
covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the
conditions set forth. On most items, we offers a 30-day exchange/refund
policy to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase,
you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and
handling charges) within 30 days upon the purchasing date, subject

Returns will be charged 15% of purchase on all non
defective, unused or unopened item that return or refund. For an
RMA number (Return MERCHANDISE Authorization) on returns call Customer
Service 1-818-348-4642. All Returns require an authorization
number. Please note that an RMA does not guarantee final disposition.
All returns are subject to inspection.All exchanged/returned merchandise
must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials,
inserts and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything
on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of
damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons.
We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. Pack the products
into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely.
Write the RMA issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside
of the shipping carton. Any unauthorized merchandise returned to
us will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid!
We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service. Sorry, we cannot accept
COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for
exchange or return without authorization.
