IT Help Desk
Orange County Diagnostics, a state of the art imaging center in Orange County,
is seeking IT Help Desk support for its centers in Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch
and Laguna Hills.
This is a growth opportunity position dealing with hardware, software, networking,
and Healthcare Client/Server applications such as PACS and RIS. This position also
maintains user access and assists with special projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide HW/SW tech support for remote users and corporate offices.
- Add, maintain and remove people from domain, email and corporate software
- Install and maintain corporate desktop computer and software upgrades
- Assist in infrastructure of additional office space (data/phone/printers/copiers/fax)
- Assist in tech support and limited maintenance of copier/printer/faxes
- Follow up with client problems to make sure the solutions are working
Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 2000 & XP, printers and faxes
- Excellent phone and communications skills
- Ability to be patient with callers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and day-to-day SW applications
- Ability to problem-solve
- Some Help Desk or customer support experience
- 1 year experience with configuring and installing desktop PC's preferred
