Our program aims to develop and enhance the child's overall growth, including their social, intellectual, physical and emotional development. We believe in the uniqueness of each child and that children go through the same developmental stages, but the timing and method of their growth varies. Keeping this in mind, we have structured a center oriented learning environment in which your child will actively participate. Children will have the opportunity to explore, initiate their own learning, making decisions, create and have the freedom of making choices.

Children learning through play by doing and experiencing the selected educational games. The teacher becomes a facilitator, a guide and an active observer.

We believe that by providing children with a warm, caring and stimulating environment they can help themselves become unique individuals with a strong positive self-image to carry into their future lives.

ABOUT THE DIRECTOR

"Ms. Gina" Bravata
SITE DIRECTOR

14 Years Experience

My name is Gina Bravata, and I have been working in the field of Early Childhood Education for 14 years.

I began teaching preschool in 1997 while pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education at Fullerton College. I went on to pursue a B.S. in Human Services, which allowed me to continue working with children in multiple group foster homes. In 2001 I became the Director of a pre-school in California, and remained there until moving to Lake Havasu in 2007.

Since moving to Lake Havasu, I have been working as a Pre-K teacher at New Day School, and became Director in June of 2011. I am a proud mother of Bella Grace, age 2, who absolutely loves attending New Day's "Sunshine Planet".

I encourage you to come visit our center and meet our incredible staff! I look forward to meeting your family, and hope to make you a part of ours!!!
