After a business plan has been initially reviewed, one of our partners is assigned the responsibility of preparing an in-depth critical analysis. These in-depth analyses are presented to the officers and executives of the fund at regularly held evaluation meetings. At this time, we often contact the entrepreneur for more information. If we can agree upon an economic basis for a potential investment, we will move into a more comprehensive phase of evaluation before making the final commitment.
