Newsweek InterActive is the electronic publishing group of Newsweek magazine, which has produced award-winning CD-ROMs and online areas, all advertiser-supported, featuring and expanding upon the editorial content of Newsweek. Since 1989 the Newsweek efforts have emphasized using in-house talent, rather than licensing, to establish a staff of digital journalists that translates the core strengths and values of Newsweek into the electronic realm.
