Ketchum Interactive is part of Ketchum Advertising, a wholly owned agency within Omnicom Group, Inc. Ketchum Interactive has offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles, and operates in tandem with other Ketchum marketing communications groups throughout the US that provide clients with advertising, public relations, sales promotion, direct marketing, and directory advertising support. Ketchum Interactive has one major goal in its work with clients: to build brands. We believe that the fundamental purpose of building a brand is to develop a relationship between the brand and the customer. Interactive marketing is potentially the strongest relationship-selling channel yet invented.
