Ryan White Title III
Title III provides funding to public and private nonprofit entities for outpatient HIV early intervention services for people in existing primary care systems. Title III supports comprehensive primary health care and other services for individuals who have been diagnosed with HIV disease. The staff of the Ryan White Title III clinic provides a knowledgeable and careing environment for the HIV patient.

The goal of the Ryan White Comprehensive AIDS Resource Emergency Act is to improve the quality and availability of care for individuals and families affected by HIV disease. It was originally enacted on August 19, 1990 under Public Law 104-146.
This act was named after Ryan White, a teenager with hemophilia who contracted the disease through a blood transfusion, and died of AIDS on April 8, 1990. He was only 18 years old.
During his public battle with AIDS, his family helped to educate Americans about AIDS and the need for a more compassionate response for those infected. Largely due to the efforts of Ryan and his supporters. CARE provides funds for communities and states to establish support services for low-income and under-served HIV positive populations.
