HelpDesk Support
The Helpdesk (Extension 2006) provides support for computer users in the Corporate building and is the front line of contact for all user needs. Behind the scenes the department is broken down into several functional groups where staff can specialize in the different support and services provided by the IT department.

The Network Operations group
The Computer Systems group looks after all Corporate Servers run by IS Operations.

We also provide training in a number of courses related to productivity application packages and custom applications.
